Park Plaza Shahdara Hotel New Delhi, New Delhi

I recently stayed at this hotel for a family event, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing comfort during our stay. The staff, especially Ruchi, was polite but occasionally unhelpful, which was a bit frustrating. While the dining options had some excellent dishes, the New Year’s celebration left much to be desired. The location, although a bit removed from the main attractions, offers a quieter environment for families.
